Exchange Policy


Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly send us an email feedback @ calvin_low41@hotmail.com or reach us at our hotline, 92311960.

All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the Products.

Refunds for Product purchased under promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.

Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:

If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged / defective condition or wrong items delivered, exchange of Products / refund will be done via on-site.

If additional/wrong or damaged Products are delivered, S-S Services And Trading reserves rights to collect the Products from customer.

If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake, S-S Services And Trading reserves the rights to refund difference or supply the correct / short delivered item.

If item is damaged upon delivery, S-S Services And Trading reserve the rights to request for photo evidence.

S-S Services And Trading reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations, refunds or exchanges at its sole discretion.

 

FAQ Note:

Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and S-S Services And Trading shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

1) Customers will be allowed to select delivery time slots, after which our processing team will revert with the nearest available date of delivery. 

2) If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our store or pay a re-delivery fee.

 

After using a product, I find that it's not what I want. Can I return it?

We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.

 

The product is damaged. Can I exchange it?

You can exchange the product if the product is already damaged when delivered to you. We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, we will advise you to replace with another product.

 

I broke the goods but I've never used it. Can I return it?

We will only accept exchange if the goods are already broken when it reaches you. We do not accept exchange or return otherwise.

 

I do not need an item anymore, can I return it and get a refund?

Item(s) are non-refundable once sold. We will allow exchanges according to the exchange policies.
